Our Team
Mary Kate moved from Illinois to Utah almost four years ago and has fallen in love with this beautiful state. Her favorite part of healthcare is the opportunity to get to know and care for so many wonderful people. She spent many years working with the underserved in Salt Lake City and has a passion for the homeless. When she is not working, Mary Kate, her husband and dog-Stella love to go camping, search for their next favorite ice cream shop, or watch old movies.
Jodi has worked in healthcare for more than 10 years. She currently lives in Roy, around the corner from the home she grew up in. She loves the relationships medicine affords and works tirelessly to help our patients. When she is not running the clinic, you can find her curling up with a good book.
Jamie has worked in healthcare for the past 15 years, including care centers, U of U hospital, hematology/oncology, and family medicine. She has a passion for geriatrics and also works as a hospice nurse. She loves sloths, RSL, the Utah Jazz, and all candy, particularly Sour Skittles.
Lisa was craving something smaller, after working for multiple large healthcare companies, . This led to the creation of Bonavista Family Medicine. She has a passion for people and loves to help patients lead healthier lives through all stages of life. One of her favorite essays attributed to Steve Jobs states, "The six best doctors in the world are sunlight, rest, exercise, diet, self-confidence and friends." If you can achieve that, we can help with all the rest. At the very least, we will be best friends.
